Take time each day to ground yourself. Start the moment your feet hit the floor upon awakening each morning.
Take 3 slow deep breaths, hold it, bend your knees and slowly release your breath with pursed lips so the breath is released slowly.
This helps you center for the start of your day and reduces the feelings of being overwhelmed when Chaos is filling your life.
This can be done as many times a day as often as you need and is highly recommended!
